I think Lena is too smart to join ESC with a song that wouldnt make well in the contest. Who knows maybe John Gordon has another great songtext hidden in his suitcase

I think those ppl ( who don't believe in Lena's 2nd success be4 2 hear her song for 2011 ) are dumb! They decided already how she'll achieve next year by themselves!
No, Kenan ... I didn´t meant you, but I do share your opinion - I also want a new face and a new sound for Germany 2011 and Lena could "stay" magic for us all instead of losing that winner-aura.
But it seems that noone believes in a second success and that fact could be good for a surprise in general.

I think you mean me ..., well, I am not against her 2nd participation, but I just think it's a wrong decision because it would be risky when she'll come in a bad placing. She can also come in TOP 10 or even win again, why not? But it's not easy for a country like Germany ...! So, another talent should represent Germany next year and Lena should enjoy her success.
The way people do not believe that Lena never ever could make a second successful eurovision is the best position to start for her. Even if I am not a friend of the idea to let her start again, I guess that everybody things she will flop and that she is no favorite for the second time already.
But without that pressure, a lot will be possible and I guess we really will be surprised ...

Yes, Lena will represent Germany already in 2011! I can't be sure yet in which place she will come next year without to hear her ESC-song of course but she should think about the ramifications when she'll come in a bottom rank!
her participation for 2011 was announced several times. without a very good reason it seem to get ridiculous to back down by degrees. ;-)

Yes, I think so too. I am ESC fan so I like Rybak, but I think other Norwegians who don't take ESC that seriously hate him now hehe, like they get the "oh god" feeling when we see new articles of Rybak 
My favourite Sezen Aksu song is 'Seni kimler aldi' from her fantastic 'Gülümse' album and if we talk about Istanbul songs, my vote goes to Teoman's 'Istanbul da sonbahar' ...

It all depends on this: Is "Satellite" on heavy rotation in German radio? Rybak were in Norway, with other several songs of him. An average listener will may get tired, but maybe the ESC-fans are so proud of him? Off course you will be as an ESC-fan when an artist take your country to the top with a landslide victory 
Personally, I will always like "Fairytale" because I'll remember it as it was the first time i were listening to it But I have moved on in a way, I'm ready for new talents! I never loved either "Satellite" or Lena. She's cute, tough, but the song is so in the middle of the road IMO. But I'm very doubting to her 2011 participation 
I wonder how annoyed the average German people (those who don't follow ESC much) are with Lena and 'Satellite', as much as Norwegians are with Rybak.
Don't get me wrong, we were all proud of Rybak when he won but no one can deny that he has become an annoying object for Norwegians who aren't hardcore fans of ESC
No intention in being mean, but PLEASE, Lena, PLEASE, do a tour in Africa or Asia in May 2011, hopefully you'll be big in Japan when the ESC starts *kisses*

Do you know another beautiful ballad from T. or another beautiful turkish ballad, Roselil or Angelic?
I prefer this slow Remix (of course no techno or sth) because of this little chorus, which makes it even more melancholic.
Ramazan is a beautiful reason, to visit Istanbul again and again and agian and again ... nearly as sexy as Tarkan ;-))
