I don't know, I just found him and that complete entry to be freaky 
If I was a child and watching that then I would most probably suffer with nighmares. lol Infact I think that entry resembles a nightmare! you know one of those nightmares which don't make any sense or have no logic to them but yet seem so real? scary
But I can bet that politicians will decide to send him again coz he will have entry with political lyrics in NF!

That's your opinion about Verka ... I absolutely love, adore that entry... it was good fun, really good pace,lovely melody..... so deserved to come second... I wouldn't have mind it winning to be honest.
Linda- deserves to be on this list as her Plastic Bin/Garbage-Bag dress was intriguing!
Guildo Horn- Doesn't deserve to be on this list as his outfit resembles an outfit some eccentric bloke would wear in Camden Town (London) nothing spectacular.
Doce- Deserve a spot on this list as I perosnally found their Cowgirl Sequin outfits to be quite bizarre yet funky.
Heddy Lester- Can someone please explain to me why this woman and her outfit is on this list? What is so special or remarkable about someone singing on stage with a fancy pink nightgown? alot of international female singers wore things like this in the 70's at one point! Ajda Pekkan wore something similar in blue the only difference being hers was a bit more plain so she wore a sequin-belt around her waist to jazz it up a little (I don't see her on the list!).
Verka Serduchka- HELL NO!!! He does NOT deserve a spot on this list because his outfit and song were just pathetic and stupid and not even worth remembering! He shouldn't have been allowed to represent Ukraine! I am not even Ukrainian and I feel Embarrassed for them. This entry was not even funny just plain stupid and scary!
Lordi- I suppose they deserve to be on this list! If the majority of Europe felt it was appropriate to select a bunch of Klingon (Star Trek) wannabes as the winners of Eurovision then i suppose I can't really say anything! lol

Frederik was AMAZING on the stage, he is better singer than almost everybody in 2007!

Noo Guri had good outfit, but song was horror!
The best male outfit in 2007 and one of the best ever was David Junior Sarame's from The Jet Set (Poland)! He's actually from the UK!

But the only problem 2007's albanian entry had was it's singer! I guess ESC wasn't his place! I can guess he is old and loved albanin singer but he was very unintresting, specially the video in that red costume!!
Oh yes, B&H's 2009's entry's outfits were very nice!!! Something retro-sexy!!! Were they muslims?

One of the worst outfits was that old trollep from Norway "Guri Schanke", I mean changing your outfit 4 times in 3 minutes is just sad... and ending up as an older woman looking like a street pro....... is just too much. I mean begging for votes is ok but please......
I haven't even noticed those guys! I rememer only that guy in folkloric outfit geting on his kness in front of the singer blowing that instrument LOL ) ) ) ) )

LOOL, in Southern Serbia male national costume is similar and in Macedonia, I was dressed like that numerous times!

Not 2 old guys, they had national costume of Northern Albania, but 3 boys, backing vocalist!!! Are you insane that's not folkloristic! Jeans and sneakers! But horrible ones! Shame for ESC Lindsay Dracass from UK 2001 had better outfit, that says everything!
I see not only scotish men wear mini skirts 
The Netherlands is soo good with outfits in ESC, they rarely disappoint (2010 for example lol)

Don't care how much did coast and was it done in Milan or PAris, but that wasn't "WOW"!!!
Again Albanease 2008 entry!! Very nice song and singer, I understand that they wanted something simple, but it wasnt't the best choice, the same was on 2010!!

Coulkd find smth beter? 
It is still the most expensive outfit in ESC EVER, and so AMAZING, her golden mantle in the beginning was the best! It was from Paris! I will exchange jewelery if you ask me, but generally it was brilliant! But she is horrible singer and can't sing to save her life! So she shouldn't be in the final only because of impressive outfit!
But Aida & Frederik Ndoci in 2007, it';s crime when they stayed in semi!! It's shame for ESC! 
Albania is so funny! I can't imagine that after 2006 - that poor outfit! GOSH it was really funny, Luiz's outfit was bad, combined with national Albanian costumes, it's really shame! BUT top of awfulness were outfits of backing singers, that's certainly the worst in ESC ever!! I can't believe they can appear like that on the stage! They bought that clothes in market in Albanian village or what?
I wrote Albania is too funny coz next year, in 2007 they managed to appear with that AMAZING outfit leading by Aida's dress! 
But female violinist was AWESOME too, Frederik not bad at all, while those hot backing vocalist looked so hot in black! World class outfit in that performance, after 2006, I can't believe! LOOOOOL
