Junior: María Isabel to sing for Spain

María Isabel has won Eurojunior Festival 2004 with the song Antes muerta que sencilla. The 9 year-old girl will represent Spain at the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Lillehammer, Norway.
Antes muerta que sencilla (Better dead than normal) is the title of the song that will represent Spain at the second edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. María Isabel, who wrote and performed the song, won Eurojunior Festival 2004 with it. More detailed results have not yet been made public. The other finalists were: • Blas | Sentir • Carolina & Alba | Loca, loca • Mirela | Conocí el amor • Sara, Anabel & Rocío | Eres un bombón • Lydia & Lucia | Música en el corazónMaria Isabel | Antes muerta que sencilla • Nico | Yo soy un bambino María Isabel is 9 years old and lives in Ayamonte (Andalucia). Her favourite singers are Manuel Carrasco, Chenoa, Pastora Soler and Merche.
