Thomas Hermanns (photo), comedian and Eurovision Song Contest expert, will give the German televote from the traditional Reeperbahn party in Hamburg, where a big Eurovision Song Contest event takes place. Spokesperson for Spain will most likely be presenter, actress and model Anne Igartiburu.
