Strong animations
Stage caught fire during Slovenian rehearsal
The stage caught fire during Slovenian rehearsal. Fortunately it wasn't a real fire, but the animations of fire on the stage elements look as realistic! Omar didn't seem to have any problems singing his ballad Stop.
"I am a singer, not a speaker", Omar apologised to the journalists attending his press conference. However, the Slovenian singer had a pretty confident story to tell about his entry; "This song is a message of a real love. Its energetic and at the same time its a lyric ballad. We want to be concentrated just on the song. So, dont expect the choreographic performances and some special show from us. Everything will be sincere and each movement will signify the feelings from the bottom of the heart", he said.
Speaking about the national selection, Omar explained his way to Kyiv was not easy. "More than 50 compositions were submitted to the national selection (...) Now we are here. And well do our best not to disappoint", the Slovenian Head of Delegation said.
