Christmas wishes

Young Talent Team to release new album

The Young Talent Team, the Maltese representative's in the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest have sent their best wishes for Christmas. They will also release a new album on 15th December.
It is the season to be jolly. It is the season where mankind unites in one big celebration, The Birth of Christ. On Christmas Day, apart from all the gifts and parties etc, we should not forget the most important thing, that is we should say Happy birthday to Jesus Christ as it is his day we are celebrating is a message from The Young Talent Team. This is the message that The Young Talent Team, the Maltese Islands’ top teenage pop group, are giving out this Christmas season with the release of their christmas abum Magic of Christmas. This album will be out on sale from leading record stores on Thursday 15th December. This album includes their original hit tracks Magic of Christmas, Remix Power of a song, Love is and Celebration. After their recent successes with their excellent mini concert at the Junior Song for Europe Finals and the launch of their Maltese ballad called Bikja ohra/179, The Young Talent Team capped their busy year with two very important events. First they were special guest Artistes at the CHOGM Children’s Day in November where Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth visited over 2500 school children and then they had their baptism on the local air waves, with their own 2 hour radio show every Monday from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm with a show called Saghtejn The Young Talent Team. This show is a Family based show with loads of new ideas never seen on air in Malta and Gozo. Their show is aired on Smash Radio 104.6 FM. Christmas 2005 is going to be a very busy time for these teenagers and they are totally fully booked with activities over this Christmas Season. Justine, Elaine, Charlotte, Marilena, Sophie, Julian, Rodney and T.J. better known as The Young Talent Team finished by saying: "We are aware of being the Maltese Islands’ most popular teenagers as wherever we go we have lots of fans around us, but we will always tell everyone that the most important thing for us is our education and school and this takes priority over our entertainment careers". The Young Talent Team have a surprise in store, during the live programme on Monday 26th December. "As to our successes of the last 24 months we must thank all our sponsors or individuals who in some way or another have given us their great help. But special mention must go to our parents who have supported us so much in our lives and our choreographers, drama teachers, voice coaches, composers, authors and producers who weave all the magic that makes our team so special. And please remember that when you buy those gifts, like our CD Album, on Christmas Day we have to remember what the real meaning of the day is, the birthday of Jesus. So we should say Happy Birthday to this very special person. God bless you all friends", they completed their statement.

I agree with you Godwin, nice message you sent. christmas comes for celebrating Jesus' Birthday and not for exchanging presents and do shopping. Take care everyone

We do not say it enough unfortunately. We buy gifts, we party, send cards, but how does Jesus fit into all this. So join us and make him the biggest part of your celebrations this year. That is our message. We can still be cool, wear designer gear, produce new songs for Christmas, travel to gigs, but spending a bit of time from one day which is dedicated to Jesus in prayer, would not hurt anyone. So yes, we say, Happy Birthday Jesus on the 25th December. That will be The Young Talent Team message and the spirit we have with us during our busy Christmas Season. So if you live in Malta or perhaps yopu are visiting our beautiful Islands and happen to see us in a performance, please join us in wishing a Happy Birthday to Jesus, as that will be our last words in every gig we do. God bless you and we thank you for all your comments. Have a Great holiday season wherever you may live. Peace be with you. xx

Not that I have anything against it (so don't all start b*tch*ng), but how many times can you say 'happy birthday jesus' in one statement?
