I agree with an earlier message that the Lithuanian song was a protest against standard eurovision songs - cleverly done but it was sadly misunderstood by the live audience - I could rant about the crowd booing but I'm too scunnered to at the moment. To Hattie Winstanley - the Lithuanian thought police have caught up with you!!!
Well I think that Carola ended far too high with her contribution! But it was better than the winners Finland......
Why did people vote for Bosnia & Herzegovina first???? That song was SO terrible! I am absolutely SICK AND TIRED of watching countries vote for their neighbours. The Eurovision song contest is not a contest if people are going to vote for their neighbours. And I cant believe we, Ireland gave Lithuania 12 points! I am disgusted! Lithuania's song was SO TERRIBLE!!!!! I wish Sweden won coz it was the best.
Safe to say that the Big Poll was very much off-mark this year.
Well ... I am over the shock ... can find me more in the results of bigpoll but well there is nothing we can do to change the results! Let's just hope that the ESC won't die after this winner and let's go back to the roots of Eurovision and send good traditional songs (I loved Bosnie!!) CU all in Finland next year!!

Allthough I liked the song from the beginning and voted her 5th...She sang completely out of tune....
These prodictions were really silly. 
Why do you predict, if you can't guess the results at all. This poll and all predictions were a waste of time. It made me laugh.
Lithuanian song is a good parody of Eurovision. It is a protest against that standart eurovision songs like Malta. For LT united Eurovision is an object of derision, but not everybody in other countries understands that 
Now many countries sent almost the same: or naked girls, or sweet boys. It is BORING! Congratulations Finland, you are great !

i was so shocked by the awful manners from the audience - it seemed to me that mental diseased people had gathered there!
if you dont like the song, dont applaude and etc, but why booing? are we in the stoneage?
and i was shocked by the reaction of those morons in the hall, when lithuanian journalist just wanted to announce lithuanian televoting results! everyone started booing again. what can i say, i AM GLAD that next year eurovision song contest will be held in helsinki, finland, i am sure, that finnish people are more polite and smarter than those morons from greece.

i am a big fan of eurovision,been watching it every year since 1977,and i believe this years voting was A EUROPE WITH NO TASTE OR WE DON'T CARE ANYMORE VOTES...FINLAND TO WIN,ARE WE KIDDING,wasted 3 hours of my early morning watching through satellite....and songs like RUSSIA,ROMANIA,BOSNIA,GREECE,S WEDEN,,,,were left much-much more behind...even GREECE VOTED 12POINTS TO FINLAND...ARE U CRAZY EUROPE????i am very-very dissappointed,because finns decided,lets send garbage hard rock with monsters,may be we qualify and win,which they horrible WON.....i will only watch eurovision next year,if EUROPE,EBU,decides to put some kind of song rules....we were nearly lost altogether EUROVISION,,,and now FINLAND WINNER,never won before,but winning with this way...EUROPE,YOU HAVE LOST YOUR BRAIN,I AM very sorry,but yes...and would like to thank,ALL COUNTRIES WHO VOTED FOR ARMENIA,i am proud,and honoured to see my nation,up there,and teshekouler to all my turkish friends,ARMENIA received 10 points from TURKEY...habadabaduhhh....hope 2007 will be a better voting year...

No, my votes did not go to my neighbors rather towards who deserved to win; that being the Ukraine;
I play fair...don't assume just because i'm from the Balkans that I only vote for the Balkan nations...i dont 'neighbor-share' points, like much of the continent; this is a MUSIC competition, not a Nationality competition; and i really take offense to people like you who tend to assume that ONLY the Ex-Yugoslav bloc share points....do some research and let's see just quite how often Scandinavians stick together;
The winners are a spoof off of Kiss & Marilyn Manson; their music is nothing but recycled garbage you'd find in the 'METAL HITS OF THE 80's COLLECTION'; they lacked originality and talent;
What a shame we went from Elena Paparizou to a Halloween Ball; I'm ashamed to be a Euro tonight...let's hope that the next 365 days will give a majority of Europeans the time to educate themselves in order to differentiate between that which is music, and that which is garbage;
Dejan - it has only become a farce because of all the neighbourly voting. If people actually voted for the song instead of their neighbours the contest would be fairer. To be fair though most countries did vote for Finland
