Runner up in Stari Grad
Tinka scoops second at festival
Held over two days from 22nd July, 30 international competitors assembled in Novi Pazar to perform in this year's festival, one of many musical events in a region famous for them. Tinka sang her song Nemam suza (No tears), and impressed judges enough to walk away with the runner-up prize of 2,000 Euros. Not only that, but she was also given the separate award for best stage performance at the festival.
Tight schedule
It is a busy time for the former Six4One member, who has also been invited to perform at the Sunflower music festival in Serbia later this month. Whether or not she will accept the invitation for 25th-27th Auguest depends on her very tight schedule, but Tinka and her team are hoping to compete, and repeat or better the success of the Stari grad festival.
This Saturday, you can see Tinka perform live in the open air if you happen to be by the old bridge in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as she takes part in celebrations honouring the famous free-dive competition. The event will also be televised on TV Hayat.
