Congratulations
Silvia Night stars in an Icelandic movie
Baltasar Kormákur’s latest movie, The Moor, based on a novel by renowned Icelandic writer Arnaldur Indridason, premiered on the 19th October. An old man is murdered and Erlendur and his colleagues investigate the case. Every new piece of evidence takes them further into the past, back to the old Iceland, which clashes with the modern world. In this movie Ágústa Eva is playing the role of Erlendur’s troubled daughter Eva Lind.
The Icelandic newspaper Fréttabladid says Erlendsdóttir managed to break herself free of Silvia Night , an ego-centric, rude and pushy young woman.
Ágústa Eva Erlendsdóttir, otherwise known as Silvia Night, represented Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with Congratulations, but she ended 13th in the semifinal.
