Pesen Na Evrovizija 2007
Bulgaria: These are the finalists
18 songs have been performed tonight at the semi-final of Pesen Na Evrovizija 2007 (the Bulgarian national selection). A jury panel has selected nine out of 18 semi-finalists at a huge concert at the National Palace of Culture, in Sofia. These are:
Grupata - Back in your heart
Teddy Karetsova - Super fire
Sofi Marinova & Ustata - Ya tvoya (in Russian)
Mastilo - Getting crazy
Toni Dimitrova & Goresh Pysak - Say you would
Margarita Hranova - Moya lyubov (in Bulgarian)
Aksinia - Az znam
S-lavina - Higher (Balkan heart)
Dimitar Atanasov - Our way back home
BNT, Bulgaria's public broadcaster, has also presented the 3 wildcards, 3 other acts that have been specially commissioned for the final. These artists are:
Kotseto Kalki = The love and the freedom
KariZma - Fool for you
Elitsa Todorova & Stoyan Yankulov - Voda (Water)
The Bulgarian Final will be held on February 24th at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, with the winner becoming the 3rd representative of Buglaria at the Contest. Winner of the final will be determined by televoting.
Last year Bulgaria was represented in Athens by Mariana Popova and the song Let Me Cry but the country didn't manage to qualify to the final, ending 17th, which remains, however, Bulgaria's best result at the Eurovision Song Contest.

I `m really sorry about Lora Vladova and Svetlio Christov - they were my favourites, because I like them like singers and personality... and I know them very good. But the song isn`t good enough.
I like Karizma and Slavina too, but Slavina`s song sounds like Heroes... It won`t be good for us.
I hope they change the format in the next year, so finalists will be choosen from the people with their SMS.
And ofcourse, SMS-ing must be reduce for one vote per GSM.
That will help I think.
Well...i don't think there's coruption...about Eurovision
It's because of the jury.It consists of famous singers and musicians.But they were on stage 20-30 years ago.It's normal not to like modern songs just like Svetla's and Petya's.
But Margarita Hranova and Toni Dimitrova could be in the jury,too...they're singers with a carrier lasted for more than 20 years and are very popular because of this.And...friends with the representatives of the jury 
I don't think it's connected with this but Teddy KATSAROVA is the daughter of Silvia Katsarova - another one of the greatest singers in the history of Bulgarian music.
The problem of the jury is that they don't think of something new when choosing the songs,of something different.

It's really strange that Svetla Ivanova did not reached the finals in Bulgaria...Her song was amazing compared to the others in the semifinal...
Now there's only one chance to become finalists in Helsinki - VODA!Because...they (Stoyan & Elitsa) are different...and,of course,capable of playing their instruments.
But if Karizma go to Helsinki...oh,god!We'll be last at last (

Sofi Marinova & Ustata is the best and the coolest one.
I don't understand why everyone like S-lavina so much... it IS a copy of Helena Paparizou's "Heroes"... well not a copy but it has many parts that's similair in the chorus... and if EBU is doing their job right that song should indeed be disqualified for plagiarism.
I only managed to watch the last 3 performances and they were awful,i hope the previuos ones had been better...if not Bulgaria will disqualify for the final for 3-rd year

HIGHER is a very nice song (could be a good representative), AZ ZNAM also, but...
..."FOOL FOR YOU" has something mystical, oriental and Balkanic as well ... it takes some strange shivers and calm in the same time! It might be fantastic choice for Bulgaria!

Bulgaria are crazy...the excluded No No No and even Runaway - they were by far the 2 best songs... Bulgaria will NEVER qualify if the choose S-Lavina.... this is aweful... I once said that Bulgaria could be the one with the best national final this year... they dont have that chance anymore... you WILL be in the semis also in 2008 - sorry for you.... you dont know your own best
(Havent heard Karizmas song yet though...maybe I change my mind... but the ordinary songs (not the wildcards) are BAD BAD BAD BAD.... even Charlene and Natasha had a descent song this year

Oh God! Just not Sofi Marinova! She is not even bulgarian :/ And like that wasn't enough, but she and Ustata sing in russian 0.o
Karizma's song is great, althought Galiq is annoying. S-lavina's is really good too, but it sounds like a "My number 1" rip-off or something :/ Elitsa Todorova & Stoyan Yankulov are awesome! But I'm not sure if the european public will like them.
