Norway: Jenny Jensen and Crash! to the final
This third Norwegian semifinal was held in Stokke in Vesfold.
1. Jannicke Abrahamsen - Rocket ride
Musicalstar and childstar Jannicke is amongst the favourites with the G'son song Rocket Ride. It is a typical party schlager, in best G'son tradition. Jannicke and her two singing dancers are dressed in black shiny latex with a silver belt. In the refrain they are well koordinated in a typical ESC choreography. Jannicke says she feels lucky to be a part of this.
2. Trine Rein feat. Andreas Ljones - Maybe
Trine sings a guitarbased funky rock song, dressed in a brown raggy dress. Whith her on stage we have Andreas Ljones on a fiddle. In the last refrain Andreas' fiddle had pyro effects on it.
Trine always delivers a very good performance.
3. Monica Hjelle - Creator
Famous norwegian songwriter Jan Eggum and his wife Kaja Huse made a very tender ballad, based on violins and guitars. Theater-actor Monica appeared in a shiny blue dress dress, the stage was mainly blue. A very solid vocal performance by Monica and her thre male backingsingers dressed i black.
4. Crash! - Wannabe
Teeny from Wigwam has written this rocky song for the band Chrash! who calls their music style 'Kick ass pop punk'. The four boys are casually dressed, bringing drums and two guitars to the stage. Fireworks on the stage in in the end of the song and a backwards summersault by the vocalist lifts the audience.
5. Christina Undhjem - Here
A very dramatic start for this song. Christine appears from behind in a very nice and beautiful pink barokk-dress. She sings a pop melody with very dramatic brakes of violins and guitar. Her clear voice suits the song very well.
6. Jenny Jenssen - Vil du ha svar (Do you want an answer)
Jenny Jensen goes from participating in the Oslo-final in Parody Grand Prix (with Germany 2003- Let's get happy) to the norwegian Grand Prix. Host Stian actually brings Jenny's newborn child on stage! Folkdance star Jenny appears in a black jacket filled with roses. A very lively song in the swedish danceband tradition that catches the audience. Jenny was accompanied by five backingsingers on stage.

I'm sorry Norway, but this semi-final is a bit dissapointed and maybe the weakest semi-final from the 3!! But, don't worry: in general you still got the best national selection for Eurovision 2007!! I'd like to see this result for the third heat:
directly qualified for the final:
1st Jannicke Abrahamsen - 'Rocket ride' (An amazing song and imo definitely the best song in the Norwegian national selection this year!! Such a lovely, cute and catchy tune, I can't stop listening to it!! My favourite to win in Norway!!)
2nd Jenny Jenssen - 'Vil du ha svar' (I love this song!! The song calls a nostalgic feeling of many songs end eighties beginning nineties!!)
second chance round:
3rd Christina Undhjem - 'Here' (Strong and good song)
4th Crash - 'Wannabe' (Although rock isn’t exactly my cup of tea, I like this song but I don't think it should go for Norway after Wig Wam in 2005!!)
5th Trine Rein feat. Andreas Ljones - 'Maybe' (Trine Rein has certainly a very beautiful and strong voice, but I can't help it: I just don't like her song (like last year)!!
6th Monica Hjelle - 'Creator' (The most boring song in the Norwegian selection this year!! It has no chance to do well in Eurovision!!)
Can't wait for the second chance round and the final!! Choose the best Norway!! The best of luck to you!!

Best songs in MGP 2007 (according to my taste)
1. CRASH!- Wannabe- I love Green Day, and this is SO Green Day... This can do really well at eurovision!
2. Infinity- Hooked On You- Soooo catchy, this is the big favourite to win Saturday, if they perform miles better than they did, they can do good at eurovision
3. Jannicke Abrahamsen- Rocket Ride- I love Jannicke! This song is even better than last years. It will certantly qualify for the final

And it will probably do quite well in Helsinki, thats sad because the music should be more important than the show 
Torhild Sivertsen & The Funky Family - Love on the dancefloor: Don't like it. The performance don't fit the song, Will drown in Helsinki.
Blue Moon Band - Goodbye to yesterday - Nothing special, forgettable.
Marika Lejon - Perfect sin - I'm very sorry that this didn't reach longer, catchy and funny.
Marianne Solberg - Livets små stjerner - Cute, but not a winner.
Stian Joneid - Are you ready - Very, very average and disappionting.
Infinity - Hooked on you - The melody is good, but everything else about this entry is wrong: their voices, their clown-costumes, the performance, their whole attitude. Hope it doesn't win.
Guri Schanke - Ven a bailar conmigo -25 years too late for the song and the performer.
Hazen - Better Than This - Good rock-entry, but not faboulos. She IS everything here.
Malin Schavenius - Under stjernene - As things stands now, I hope this passes to final, AND WINS.
Andreea - I Wanna Be With You - Y A W N !
Amelia - Unbelieveable - I am so sorry for the songwriters and Amelia. IMO this was the best candidate, a nice pop-song, classy, and I would have been so proud if she could represent la Norvège.
Dusty Cowshit - Chicken Rodeo - Definatley not my taste. I am sure thet these guys look themself in the mirrors and listen to their own songs on radio are satisfied with what they see and hear, but I dont know if I shall cry or laugh.
Jannicke Abrahamsen-Rocket Ride - A cute song, destroyed by ridicolos outfits and performance.
Trine Rein feat. Andreas Ljones -Maybe - Good and strong. But her outfit was so booring.
Monica Hjelle -Creator - NO, please.
CRASH! - Wannabe - Good rock-entry, but the performance is emberassing.
Christina Undhjem -Here - Strong, modern sound, dramatic, proffessional, but unfortunatly it got nowhere.
Jenny Jenssen - The famale version of Sputnik. her performance was a disaster from A-Z.
So disappointed that Jannicke didn't get to the final. I loved the song and she's a good performer! Catchy! Catchy! Catchy!
Doubt it is a reject. Just a typical reaction from those who hate music performed by artist older than 19...
Was Jenny's song really a MF reject as I read on a NRK discussion site today? Not a bad entry for Nordic fans of Scandinavian ''dansband'' music, but, for the rest of Europe????? Uffda...

Honestly, I've never heard Jenny Jensen until last night's show. I liked her, not her song - but her charm. I am scared that she might do it next Saturday. Very scared...

This was by far the best semi so far, but I think the overall standard was much higher last year. Crash & Jannicke the best in my opinion, Trine was also good. As for Jenny she is too much of a "private joke" for Norwegians to have any appeal abroad. She has a rather famous song which goes "nå må du pinadø vask klæar'n dine sjøl" (do your own bloody laundry) but it doesn't translate well, nor is it appropriate to listen to unless completely wasted. She sang well and it's a typical P4 song (P4 is Norway's largest commerical radio station), which guarantees many votes.
Of the qualifiers so far I'd go for Thorhild or Crash, but this might change if Jannicke comes through to the final. Norway will not win this year, that is for sure.

I loved Crash and Trine Rein!
But I can`t understand why the people of Norway voted for Jenny Jensen.
Crash sucks!!!!!!! Only teenagers and Avril Lavigne fans like this song!!! Nothing special with the song what so ever!!
Heres the top 3 next saturday: Crash!, Infinity and Dusty Cowshit... And Jannicke & Trine will get a second chanse

Jenny's song suck big time for me, and thats not a atack on here as a private person.
And all here songs she have made is just garbage in my eyas, why can't people write that they dont like songs or artist's?
I dont get it why people have to complain all the time when people are just writing what they feel.
I dont hate here or anything, but i like example Madonna, but i dont like Abba, and you like something and i have to respect you in what you like.

after seeing all the participants its only infinity for Norway for me - Infinity is the only band that has a real chance in the semifinals...
Jenny Jensen is AWEFUL - this song already participated in the eurovision - but then it was performed by Bettan and Kikki and was called Dag Efter Dag.... NRK SHOULD NEVER LET THIS KIND OF STUPID SWEDISH SCHLAGERS PARTICIPATE IN NORWAY.
Why such a fool, "I LOVE CANDY"? "The woman suck big time..."??? Perhaps the song, but as an artist she deserve some respect.
But I agree with you Crash or Infinity to Helsinki. An if we're crazy enough, DC. I think it will be those tree and Jenny Jensen at the top four positions.
Crash is nice,Norwegian have fair results at least,and Sweden defenetly not fair,Sofia and Elin deserev to be in final of melodifestivalen.
Monica Hjelle and Christina Undhjem was best. Jenny Jensen was the worst.
