New single: ''Dimmi sì o no''
Mihai Traistariu is back!
Last year in Athens he came 4th at the Eurovision Song Contest, singing Tornerò (I'll come back). And he kept his promise... Mihai Traistariu is going back to Greece, the country where he achieved the 4th place at the Eurovision Song Contest and his dream became true. He was dreaming of an international career and he did it!
After the Eurovision Song Contest he gave about 300 concerts in Romania, 55 shows outside his country in 2006 and already 4 shows until now in 2007: in Malta, Germany, Iceland and Greece. Next shows are in schedule to take place in Finland, FYR Macedonia, Cyprus, Italy and Spain. Mihai signed different contracts with 14 countries and also has a proposal to sign a contract with a Record Company from America. His management is in discussions with Universal S.U.A.
Mihai will perform at the Greek final on 28th February 3 songs: Tornerò, the ballad Why, 2nd at the Romanian final in 2000, and his new single Dimmi sì o no (Tell me yes or no), allready launched in Malta, Finland and Iceland. Mihai thinks it is the right time to launch the new single in Greece , because "Eurovision Show has such an audience and in that way - the song will be listen by many people ".
As Mihai told esctoday.com in a video interview last week, Dimmi sì o no will be released in more than 14 countries. Soon he will launch the video of the song as well. Click here to see the full interview.
Later today, you can see the esctoday.com exclusive coverage from last Saturday's Icelandic national final afterparty, where Mihai performed the new song. In the mean time, you can see the clip of Mihai performing his new song by clicking the 'play' icon below.

Mihai has such an amazing voice! I just love 'Dimmi so o no'. I like it more than 'Tornero' and it's way better than this years Romanian entry 'Liubi, liubi I love you'. I wish Mihai all the best!
