Due to Severina's 13th place in Athens last year, Dragonfly and Dado will have to take part in the semi final of this year's Eurovision Song Contest on 10th May in Helsinki.

i like the song and don't really care will we enter the final or not. song is good (my oppinion).
p.s. and this is interesting. we've never sent the best music to eurovision song contest. we've got way much better songs. for example, all croatian participants on eurovision can hide behind gibonni and his songs "libar" and "mirakul". and there are also jinx, psihomodopop, josipa lisac, oliver dragojevic etc. so what i'm trying to say is that we've sent some serious crap to eurovision every single year with exception of 1996 and maja blagdan. :-D :-)

I have to say to all ESC funs, that this song is a jury choice and NOT the choice of people in CROATIA, who listen and like ESC contest.
Our choice was band "Kraljevi ulice" (in translation "The street kings" 
with song "Pjesma za novčić" (in translation "A song for a coin" .
Winning band and their song were forced by Aleksandar Kostadinov (main memeber of jury) and Hypo leasing (Bank in Croatia). The main member of their chairman board(Hypo leasing) is a gitar player in band DRAGONFLY.
I don't really think Croatia could have done far better... I watched Dora and...songs were really bad... I was surprised. There was a time when there were several good songs among which to choose, but this year... I would myself have a ultimately difficult taks to choose among those ones performed at this year's Dora...
Better luck (and better songs) next year Croatia...

I don't see why people think the neighbors will vote for Croatia. I know people here are not thrilled with this song. I don't think it's bad necessarily, it's just not good enough for all of my friends, and me to vote for. Heck I voted for the winning song last year, so there.
Anyways, I watched Dora and was slightly, or more, disappointed. I know Croatia has good music, but honestly, not the best choice this year. Most people listen to the songs for the first time on the night of the semis or finals, and this is not catchy enough, or good enough. Well, I am sure we'll make a muck of it too, so you'll have company soon

first of all.. he won we can't do anything now..my fav was Jelena Rozga..when we had Ksenija Urlicic we had singers like Danijela, Magazin, Doris, Maja Blagdan...all good results.. now Aleksandar Kostadinow says... That he begged Dado to write a song for Dora...and that is it...
he is in rock music..and esc is not rock music...Lordi won...but never again..it was a joke..
We have to kill him ok...DADO please ask Nina Badric to sing with you instead of that horrible blond..she is awful..only nina can save us
Crotia is my top fav country,but i didn't like it....Sorry 
I'm glad that finally Croatia will be represented again by a good song at ESC.
Maybe this time we won't get so many points from our neighbours who prefer Balkanic sounds but never mind...
I dont know why people hate the Croatian entry so much. Its ok ... not as bad as I thought. Nice music. Maybe not remarkable enough to win. But still ok. A bit Pinkfloydesque in some parts.

hmmm... not good... in fact pretty AWFUL!!! ... at least we have two good songs from ex-Yugoslavia so far... Bosnia is excellent and Macedonia is pretty good...
There are some good songs in the Serbian final... my vote is for song No 4... FAB!!!

Such a disaster! Croatia will sink this year (as it certailny won't sing)! Any, ANY other song would have been more appropriate. Oh well, never mind... there'll be loads of choice just within the ex-YU to support in Helsinki. One thing is for sure - my heart won't be with Topic...
Croatia will perform in English in Helsiniki. The singer Dado Topic says the song sounds better in English... I am still sceptic although after listening the song several times I started to like it. But that's the problem - most people hear the songs for the first time at the very night of the broadcast.

In my opinion, this is a quite interesting song and performance. Can pass to the final.
why does most of you think that song Vjerujem u ljubav sucks, I think that song ROCKS and that is better than most of the songs from ESC, It is 100 times better than slovenia, and if would you know croatian language, you wouldnt say that was 10 year old child written lyrics, Rock and Roll, are not just music, it is stile of life...
