Les fatals picards' new official clip
New video for France
The new video contains all the tongue-in-cheek humour that the public have come to expect from Les fatals picards, and is shot partly in a traditional theatre, and partly on location across a range of famous Parisien landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, l'Arc de Triomphe and the Moulin Rouge.
Too late for previews?
The video has already been given some airtime on French TV, for example, appearing on the late night talk show On n'est pas couché (We haven't gone to bed) this week, and it is expected that the clip will be aired between commercial breaks as was the case in 2006. However, the video may be too late to include in many countries' preview shows, which will most likely show the original video containing excerpts from the live performance at the French final. This can be viewed at eurovision.tv.

@ Peter Eriksson: yes, we know you're an obsessive Lordi-hate (poor you), by now, you don't need to keep repeating that over & over again!! It's getting quite annoying, to say the least... But this is quite beyond stupid - "Les Fatals Picards do not have to wear any ugly outfits to be special like Lordi did" - do you really, eally think they dressed like that just fo ESC?!? Oh the stupidity... FYI they have always dressed like that for shows... And in case you didn't hear it yet your beloved Les Fatals Picards are planning a gimmick for their performance too (the giant snowdome), a bit over the top I think... Why would they do that if the song was enough, as you say..? Their song is ok but not even nearly as good as Lordi's song, outfits or not, and that's a fact... d'oh!
Its about time france won and as I have said I love this song very much so at the moment here in the UK its going to get my 12 points , Im hopeing we in the UK show some neighbourly love and give our points to our very close neigbours .
By the way Nemke I agree with some of what you said about France Germany and Spain sending good songs but im not sure that England have a song in the contest this year or any other year of the Contest , Its the United Kingdom My friend ....

Even though some may not like the french song, and say that its stupid or this or that, they must admit that the french have really tried this year. I mean they have been complaining of bad results and not winning...well eastern european songs have been of a much higher quality. This year is a major turning point, Germany, France and Spain and especially spain have really chosen good songs, comparing to previous years, and all of us eurovision fans, no matter what out taste is lordi or not lordi we should be happy that the Big 4 except for England have chosen a relatively good song...
So my votes will partially go to serbia but will mainly go toGermany,France and Spain as they are the ones who deserve it!!!

The clip is OK, I like them running after nothing but as usual, France is not giving much money for the Eurovision contest although les Fatals Picards are under a Warner Music contract...
If you want to watch it with good quality, you need their lastest CD in your CD Driver on your computer.
And yes, it's a joke guys, it's a funny story and it's an extremely funny band with crazy songs! And yes, this kind of music is all the rage here in France...old crappy dance music is gone, viva rock n' roll and techno music!
At last, so proud that France gave up these horrible ballads we used to sing (out of tune of course lol)...Maria Carey's time is over, let's look at a new music future!

Well...it was some cold gray days in Paris. But I don't care so much about that, the song is amazing and the singers are fantastic!
Les Fatals Picards do not have to wear any ugly outfits to be special like Lordi did, becous Les Fatals Picards are unique and they will get a lot of votes!
I hope it's going to be a sweet revenge for people like me, people who belive in love and don't like Lordi!
France entry is the only original this year, FANTASTIC!
