The Ark’s new video
Preview shows all over Europe have already been recorded with the use of The Ark’s performance from the Swedish final this year, but the official video has now been released.

The Ark and The worrying kind are directly qualified for the final in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest due to Carola’s placement last year. In the final they have been granted with starting position 12 just before France.

@ Adam: Unlike Kate Ryan, The Ark are very good stage performers. Actually they are much better live than in recordings, which is rare. So I would not worry about that. Their show from Melodifestivalen was excellent!
They will raise the temperature in the arena a few degrees. Maybe they will lose some points because they are more focused on the live audience than on the cameras, but then so be it. Winning is not all that matters.
I only wish they could get the chance to perform more of their songs, that would definitely raise the overall quality of this contest ...
omg love the vid, lvoe the song, buti dunno i get the feeling i got about dilvia and kate ryan last year, i loved the songs to bits and they wer eliek fas t do well, but when it got to the point of impotance they fell and i too thought somethign lacked, i get the feeling sweden could sadly hit a catastophic pause and end out of the top 10, but i prayer they dont, id be happy if they won, but this year im rooting for olivia and malta, i will be happy if Serbia, Switzerland, Spain, Slovenia, Uk, Sweden, Cyprus or Russia wis, but im rooting for Malta all the way wooo

Thanks for the info, after you telling me about the A-Teens and watching the clip again, I did recognise the guy. WOW hasn't he grown!!!! Wonderful, and I will buy his full CD for sure.
This guy is soooooo cooool!!!!!!!!!! I am sure he will do good at the show and get highest points. Where did it go, Ark!!!!!! I think him and Sopho of Georgia... are the ones who at least got well prepared to esc and got a cool song!!!

Amit is a former member of A*teens...who did well around the world a few years ago....he will realese new singel now and probably a new album too...

I had doubts when The Ark won this year Melodifestivalen, but now I'm happy with the choise. The had a good song, funny and fresh and a good draw - just before break -

I really think that this song will get more points than it would get if it would represent for example Iceland.
De gustibus non disputandur. Nevertheles I must mention, for the first time I saw Swedish entry (I suppose it was Ark's performance on Melodiefestivalen), it was in a company, and the reaction of nobody in the company was "oh, how is cute" or "he's so handsome", on the contrary, some of them wondered in the beginning of the song: "Is it a girl of a boy?".

You can watch female singers and female dancers for long in this contest and wonder how small a dress can be and still be called a dress, but then a young, good-looking man dares to show his chest and that is oh-oh and no-no. Have you ever seen a rock video ...?
This song will get a lot of points, no doubt, but not because it's especially good, simply because it's representing Sweden.
And the singer should be advised not to take his shirt off on the stage in Helskinki, because for doing that he should have a body like Sakis Rouvas for exemple.
Its an alright video for a good song. I think The Ark was the best artist/song this year in Sweden. Have the biggest chance to to go high in ESC. Andreas Johnson and Sebastian Karlsson was okey too. Måns "Caria Mia" should be my second choice.
The Ark have many other great songs, ex "One of us are gonna die young"
I'm not the biggest The Ark fan, but I know that this song will end up in top-10 (probably even top-5)!
this is a typical ESC song, isn't it? either you hate it or love it (or maybe gets tired of it). And the video is just as crazy as it should be.. I love!
Naaah -this song is still not giving me anything at all! Sweden, you have done mutch better before, to bad that you realy will fail this year...
Btw, I really hope the great Ola would wear something else on 12 May that this same outfit he has in all of Melodifestivalen & this video... He should play on his sex appeal, which he has plenty of, and these feathers and baggy pants ec. don't really do it...

i dont like the song too..but it will score and it might EVEN win...
this song is ok, cheerfull, but full old style glam rock,,,i do not know how it is going to score, but i do not think it will win the contest..i think the bookmakers have goten it all wrong again

Yes Amit is Swedish,he was a former member of the group A-Teens.

somebody?? Can someone tell me if this band "Amit" is swedish or not? Do they have an album where this song is on??
why didn't the Swedes send the song right after it???? That is really, really good. Some group called AMIT singing something like "My Elysium". Very good.
I am really in bind here....One part of me really likes this song, another part hates it. I could see me putting this on in my car with the windows open on a nice sunny day (which we are having a lot of lately, MMMM).
