Exclusive: Evridiki will wear a Kotentos dress!
Evridiki talks about her promotion tour and her surprise at being invited to London's Shadow Lounge (watch the performance below). She talks about what she'll be doing in her last week before travelling to Helsinki and about the all important dress. She reveals to esctoday.com that the designer of the clothes will be Christoforos Kotentos, a leading Greek designer who will be holding a special show in London on 9th May. See the interview below to find out about the look of the dress and how the performance will look on stage.

Americans should really air their dirty laundry and see the film 'Loose Change' about 9/11 and leave Eurovision to Europeans. The film (a documentary really) shows how themselves orchestrated the whole thing so that they can invade Iraq

yes i think i got their point but the same could happen to Switzerland also, and i believe and hope that this one is gonna be the Kate Ryan of ESC 2007 and not Cyprus...but still because things hapened once so, they do not nedd to be repeated again....Good Luck to Cyprus, a very good entry indeed!!

I think people compare Cyprus to Belgium cause Kate Ryan like Evridiki were both hot favourite and both had loads of attention. Fingers cross I hope Evridiki not hav the same fate with Kate song. I believe that they comment it because pobably believe that the people will lke the song but not vote for it cause is so popular!!!!1

comme ci comme ca must be very good heard a the highest vlolume in a club....it may work on the ESC stage very well though..let us see....by the way: how is thids comparison with Kate Ryan's fate born? why should one compare these two entries, anyway????? Kate comes from Belgium, Evridiki from Cyprus,Kate sang a main stream-pop song, Evridiki an electro tune...cyprus ahs not the same friends as belgium does in the ESC and anyway it is a different year and a different entry..if you do not like evridikis song or the idea of Cyprus winning, it is ok and your own right, but it is no goos trying to underrate it by comparing its fate with Kate Ryan and Belgium....ESC is pretty unpredictable, and NOT the same things hapen every year..everything is possible.new year, new luck AND a different country

People complaining about NOT seeing news of other entries...Promo tours, interviews,tv coverage are the usual means...so if they don't do it there will be no news to report ....quite simple actually

well if you don't like readinf=g any news about Evridiki, the don't, just ignore them! it is as simple as that..personally the more i see of her, the more i like the cypriot entry...i had sterted by being very critical with her and now i am almost about to support her....but Vertigo is and still remains my absolute favourite of the whole contest...

Ok, she seems like a nice person in the interview, and I like the song a bit better than I did before (although I just can't get past the depressing lyrics! They are very depressing... So maybe the song is better for those who don't understand French )...
So she's welcome to the final, for my part, but that leaves a big problem: now there are at least 15-18 entries I'd like to go to the final from the semifinal..!! Way too many...
BARRY wrote to you before many times..m a journalist and i understnad the reactions on here are allowed without even considering the damage some of yr readers are doing...by posting bad comments or even attacking eachother and im not talking about the songs but some readers are at eachothers case even being really aggresive at times .....im sorry but as a journalist i have to say that you should deal with these comments in a differnet way......also people like king kong ect ect should be banned without second thought......what about the readers who are in their 30s or 40s even....we have had enough of this crap going on between some of your readers...

by the way i was working at esc contests for years and i am sad to see the outcome of this site every year with people who have nothing better to do than to bitch with eachother...im sorry but im just b eing honest.
I can assure everyone that there aren't any news about Roger Cicero fromn Germany. ESC isn't important in Germany, and only very few people show an interest before the final (even the semi is only broadcasted on a regional channel in Germany.) I think it's similar in France and several other countries. Therefore, no interest = no news.
Interest in the Scandinavian and Mediterranean countries is much more widespread (and on the Balkans, too, I think, but then I don't know much about the Balkans), therefore they keep on generating news. I'm glad that I get some new at all. Living in Germany sometimes feels like being exiled from the ESC season.
