no no NO NO!! I will never so much as speak the word eurovision again if this terrorist "state" of Arab Occupied Israel(by terrorists also called palestine) is ever allowed to join. SHAME on EBU for even considering it! there's not a single television station in that place that doesn't glorify terrorism and promote children to blow themselves up when they are older. how can they join us civilized nations possibly? just imagine what the pause performance would be like if they would actually win and be allowed to host.... maybe a little jew-burning? or why not a little child with a kalashnikov marching while reciting entire Mein Kampf. ugh. shame shame SHAME!!! people i know what i'm saying sounds crazy but that's how it REALLY is there, you can check it anywhere, use google or even easier memri.org where you can see actual clips from "palestinian" tv!
western ppl lets unit and vote only in western country.. lets give them a western block! PLEASE VOTE ONLY WESTERN ENTRY.
let´s f... easterns
Let Jutland, Fun and Zealand join ESC next year instead of one country!
NOT Palestina in ESC! They will get the votes from 75% of all muslims in Europe! That would be unfair. Additionally, they are not independent, neither very democratic... but that has unfortunaly not stopped Belarus...
Welcome Palestine if Isreal can be in it so can you x
Palestine should neer be allowed to join.........
It will end the ESC as we know it. They are not an independent state. And like Lebanon will refuse to show Israeli song on tv so they must be not let in . Oh for gods sake please lets kick out all the ex soviets and mother russia along with all balkans...we will allow slovenia to stay as they very western and sont really do all the bloc voting. ....hello since when is georgia and armenia in europe??? and azerbaijan...god sake who next...... uzbekistan?? wouldnt surprise me......the fall of communism is the greatest travesty to hit europe since world war 2
by the way. i dont hate Palestinians and i can tell you that 50% of them are great people. in my work i work with them and we eat on the same table. and we visit one each other and go out together but there are also 50% of them that are extremly fanatics.
i welcome there joining and even excited to hear a song comes out from this authority. but reality of our days can not deal with a case they will win. i just gave facts in my last commet and not a commet of anti-Palestine. read carefully.
And in case they will win. WHERE EXACTLY THEY ARE GOING TO HOST THE SHOW? there is no big arena or halls in the Palestinian Authority and they are so poor since their ex-leader Yasser Arafat stole the money from them to his wifes bank acount. thats why she lives today in France in luxury with Gucci and Pier Carden clothes and drinking the best champien in parties and her people are hungry for food.
and to all the buitiful people who clame here that they are happy for the joining of Palestine to the Eurovision. if they will win i want to see if you will come to Gaza or Ramallah with no fear of terror and kidnaps. the Hamas organization that is now in the lead is extremly fanatic muslim they even dont allow to womans to preform on stage. so i dont even want to think if some one like Sabrina,Natalia Barbu were on stage. my god if it was DQ she was allready hanged out in the city square.
so please dont be so happy to welcome Palestine.
from some one who know reality better then you (Yes i am Israeli and we know better what is happening there with our neighboors).
Whats next? Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands joining? P-LEASE. The contest has too many countries at the moment, I found myself bored off my arse last night having to sit through 28 tedious songs. So much so it's completely ruining the whole Eurovision feel.
The future Countries of Eurovision Song Contest'S are Maroc, Tunisia, Italy, Luxemborg, Lichtenstein, Azerbaidshan, Algeria, Palestine, Lebanon and maybe Egypt and Iran!! Yes I know you say.... this countries are not in europe and the most are in a other continent, but The Countries that I write are in the EBU!!
It would be a disaster if this NOT independent and undemocratic country would join.
Yes Israel is in the same region, but since it has been a part of the contest for a long time I see no logic in excluding it now.
NO to not independent countries
and NO to anymore countries OUTSIDE the european continent.
Offcourse (like I said about Israel), there's no logic to exclude countries that have already taken part. But there's a limit.
It's EUROvision song contest. Palestine is not euro what so ever.
And if we let every non-independent region have their entry, we will probably end up with 100 entries.
Kosovo, Vojvodina, Tjetjenia, Transnistria, Flanders, Wallonia, Gibraltar, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Sameland etc. etc.
You see... it's impossible! And if one NOT independent region is considered independent, while some will not... then there's no logic or reason at all.
ONLY independent nations, ONLY the nations that NOW take part and (if they want to participate) the rest of the nations WITHIN the european continent... but not any more NON european debutants.
What EUROvision Song Contest will it be with Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morroco, Tunisia?? I mean c'mon!
And if you think diaspora is big today... just wait and see if any of these countries will take part. Palestine will end up having 12p from almost EVERY western european nation, only because of the large amount of palestines emmigrants, no matter how the songs will sound like. The same goes for Lebanon.
Welcome Palestine!
I'd rather see Palestine in the ESC than any more ex-Soviet states!
Europe welcomes Palestine!!! Please, this is not the place for politics. Palestine is a legitimate country, and if they wana joyn EBU and the Eurovision, please let them!!!! Why shouldnt they? I`ll be glad to see new countries in the contest, but they have to do something about the format, maybe two semifinals as suggested with a draw or split the semifinals into eastern and western-Europe.
Strange way of saying: Thank you for burning our flag....
@ Yeah right!
I absolutely agree that the Contest shouldn't include all the Mediterranean countries, but does your opinion about the Middle East mean that Israel shouldn't take part in ESC either? Because they are...
Yaaay!!!! Welcome Palestine!!! The more the merrier!
So, where is Palestine on the map? Until I see that, I don't see how they can participate.
NOOOOOO!
Palestine is NOOOOT Europe!
I NEVER wanna see this "country" in the contest. Sorry but Never.
If this place takes part, then the EUROvision song contest has become a real big joke. I think it should stop with expansion with countries outside the european continent!
I think that ONLY INDEPENDENT nations should be able to take part, and only nations that NOW are or have been in the contest or nations within the european continent. No other.
No Palestine! No Lebanon! No Tunisia etc.
This is NOT the middle eastern song contest!
Western europe start block voting
We could win for once
Don't vote Eastern Vote Western
