This is a very good choice. I like "Vero falso" and it could be cool if "Era stupendo" is in the same style. Good luck, Switzerland!

Great voice? Where? I don't hear it anywhere in those videos. Horrible choice, only 15 years-old teenagers will vote for this kind of lame stuff.

I am delighted. Just some days ago, I said here that I miss the Italian songs of Italy, and now here we have the return of the Italian side of Switzerland. Good luck and congratulations.

I'll wait 'til I could listen to the song. Byt he way, Switzerland being represented by one artist in Italian after a disaster in 2002, a break in 2003, a disaster (with Piero LOL) in 2004, an Estonian group in 2005, a mix of nationalities in 2006 and a horrible live performance in 2007. Good luck in 2008 then.

70`s dance elements is a good thing? I think not....as for Italian lyrics..big deal..I hope the song is good enough to not rely on just these things .Good luck though :)

It seems to be a good choice from what I heard of Paolo Meneguzzi on You Tube (I particularly loved "Una Regola d'Amore" ;). The best of luck to Suiza! ;)

Well, it seems this year we will hear less songs in English than past years...
Switzerland (and probably San Marino) will perform in Italian, TRT wants Turkey should change to Turkish again, ERT wishes at least one song in Greek in its final, it's probable that all the ex-Yug countries keep on their languages after Molitva's success, and of course Spain, France and Portugal will perform in their languages too.

I think a lot of people in Serbia will laugh but I think he will show how great singer is.

Seems great! It looks like two songs next year will be in Italian-and we're only in November!
But the song "Vero Falso" has a rather amusing title... XD

Who cares about what his surname means in Serbian. And when a host welcomes other cultures, it's use to be good manners to not laugh at them.

Sta Meni [28341]

not a good choice...they should have checked what his surname means in serbian....he'll be laughed out!

I vote, NO!
I'm just so against all those "girl"(Fjortis)-songs, it feels like there's no spirit in them.

Congratulations, Switzerland, for starting in one of your official languages finally again...!!
The first plus... Paolo Meneguzzi is the second plus...
Era Stupendo should be the third plus - then a big improvement has been made in comparison with the last two years...

If the EBU were trying to promote the chances of smaller (and) Western countries they would make sure they end up in the same semi... but under the new system the chances are completely random :P
