Hello Everybody and Merry Christmas!
I know that its Christmas Eve today but i just have to make a comment in here.
First of all its really sad that editors and stuff of this website (many of them Dutch) nominated The Netherlands for the "Best act not to qualify from the semi final"! This is so sad! NL took very far 21 st place! I guess ESCtoday team just wanted to cheer themselves up. They nominated first top 3 countries - Portugal, Andorra and Iceland for this award. They skipped Poland, which was 14th, gave another nomination for Cyprus which was 15th. So basically what they did is they took away nomination for Poland and gave it to NL (just to remind you Poland was 14th, NL was 21st). This is so sad. I don't care that Poland wasn't nominated, cause those awards don't mean too much.I guess that ESC team can't play fair. SO I WOULD LIKE TO WISH esc stuff MORE honesty AND probity IN THE NEW YEAR!!! Merry Christmas!
take care,
Lukas
Yes, Evridiki won! Well deserved! But... in the other category...Natalia Barbu from Moldova only the 5th place? I mean, c'mon...Her performance was AMAZING!
Here I did actually vote for Marija, for "best performance". Good on Verka though. My best act not to qualify for the final was Andorra (I think).
LOL thinking of Olivia's performance gives me vertigo.
In my opinion Andorra deserved this award, but Cyprus is ok for me too.
